Browser pop up for incoming PSTN calls
Admins can enable automatic screen pop ups for incoming PSTN calls, that displays relevant info including CRM data, case data and more.
Payments in Microsoft Teams
You will soon be able to get paid for appointments and classes held on Teams with the Payments app. Customers will be able to pay you in a few clicks during Teams meetings.
Adobe Acrobat PDF’s as default
Admins will be able to set Adobe Acrobat as the default application to open PDF’s.

This will provide you with an embed code for audio and video files stored in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, or Yammer.
Video captions for videos in SharePoint and OneDrive
Users with edit permissions will be able to click a button to generate video captions.
Hourly options for notifications
These new hourly options for end user notifications will make it easier for users to be prompt.
Automatic account configuration
The OneDrive sync app will automatically sign in if there are credentials available for other Microsoft applications.
