    Step 2: Customer Principal Contact Details

    The registration process for Managed Services Bundle Agreement (Support Plans), Hardware, NCE Subscriptions and Professional Services requires documentation to be signed by the Principal contact, such as the Owner, Director or Executive of the business. The contact details supplied below will be used to send those agreements to for signature. If signing up for payment on subscription, additional paperwork from Microsoft will need to be signed including our Statement of Supply – Cloud Supply -Microsoft seat-based services agreement.


    PLEASE NOTE: The Principal Contact should be a listed Director on Companies House.


    Step 3: Main Account Administrator

    Please detail below the individual within your business whom you would like to be your main account administrator. This person will have primary functionality added to their partner portal and will be able to add and remove additional users when required.

    Step 4: Accounts Department

    Please detail below the individual within your business whom you would like to be your main Finance/Invoicing contact. This will be the person we will send invoices, credit notes and balance statements to. This contact will also have access to our online partner portal and will be able to review, download, print and share invoice and contract information.
