View meeting transcripts for iOS and Android
You will now be able to start and view transcripts for meetings on iOS and Android for Government clouds.
View attendance report for iOS and Android
You can now check attendance info for meetings and webinars, as well as registration information before meetings and webinars for iOS and Android.
2×2 video in Gallery view in Firefox browser
Firefox will now allow up to 4 participants on video during meetings.
Sign language view and always-on captions
Prioritise up to 2 other participants videos for sign language in meetings so they stay visible whilst content is being shared, and set captions as ‘always-on’.
Unread Toggle on feed
This will allow you to only review unread items on your Teams activity feed.
Record a new video on the Stream start page in Office for Government clouds
You will now be able to create a new video directly from the Stream start page, then upload it directly to OneDrive ready to share.
Insert in-cell pictures with the new IMAGE function
You can now insert pictures into cells, rather than them floating on top.
Notifications pane in Outlook for Windows
The notifications pane will keep you updated on any recent activity within Outlook, including mentions and emails.
Updated notification experience in Mobile
This new update aims to make it easier to customise your notification settings in Mobile.
