As the holiday season approaches, we would like to update you on the working hours of some of our departments. Please note the following changes in their schedules.

Friday 15th December

08:00 – 12:30

Account managers, customer service and the accounts department will close at 12:30 on Friday 15th December and resume normal operations on Monday 18th December at 09:00.

08:00 – 18:00

Helpdesk 1st and 2nd line support will remain available from 08:00 to 18:00 as usual with a slight reduction in service.

Friday 22nd December

08:00 – 14:30

Account managers, customer service and the accounts department will close at 14:30 on Friday 22nd December.

08:00 – 16:00

Helpdesk 1st and 2nd line support will remain available from 08:00 to 16:00 with a slight reduction in service from 14:00 to 16:00.

Saturday 23rd – 26th December

Closed for Christmas holidays

Wednesday 27th December

10:00 – 15:00

Account managers, customer service and the IT Support Desk will remain available between 10:00 to 15:00 with a slight reduction in service.

Thursday 28th December

10:00 – 15:00

Account managers, customer service and the IT Support Desk will remain available between 10:00 to 15:00 with a slight reduction in service.

Friday 29th December

10:00 – 15:00

Account managers, customer service and the IT Support Desk will remain available between 10:00 to 15:00 with a slight reduction in service.

Saturday 30th December – Monday 1st January

Closed for the new year

Tuesday 2nd January

08:00 – 18:00

Normal service commences.
