Our client provides aircraft charters to business professionals, Premier League Clubs, private executives and senior management to fulfil strict schedules and often complete multiple meetings in different cities in a single day. Due to their high profile customers, the travel experience needs to be as comfortable, safe and efficient as possible. To deliver their services to the highest standards possible it was essential for them to invest in a solid IT support system.
We decided that providing an IT helpdesk support would be a great option for our client. 1st and 2nd line support is immediate, providing simple resolutions to issues such as password resets, connection issues, printing issues etc. that would otherwise cause a lot of downtime on their end.
Over the years we have successfully completed a number of highly successful projects with this client, including full server replacements, networking, office relocation, IT security and remote backup services. Most importantly, we migrated their services over to a Cloud solution and provided them with Office 365, SPAM filtering and RMM and patch management.
