Our client has 6 sites across the UK and came to us in need of a review of existing systems, backup, business continuity and security solution. They had 130 users who all worked both remotely and travelled frequently around the country as well as internationally, it was essential for them to improve their technology systems.
We decided that the best course of action would be the remediation of issues that were affecting user connectivity, collaboration and productivity.
We replaced some local server infrastructure with a Hybrid cloud solution, migrated their email platform from an on-premise Exchange to Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium, supplied, fit and configured a new cloud firewall and Wi-Fi network across all locations, fully supported and managed LAN Support for an agreed monthly fee. This included outsourced support for the entire infrastructure, including 1st line, 2nd line and escalating tickets to the LAN Support helpdesk where appropriate. On a weekly basis we also provided onsite IT management and consultancy.
Our client is delighted with the new infrastructure as it solved all of their connectivity and productivity issues. Through outsourcing the support they require for their chosen solution, they save time and money.
