Conveyancing Solicitors

Challenge:

This client is a property solicitor, currently dominating the market in London and home counties. The business is fast setting the standard by which other companies are being measured with an award-winning approach at offering legal expertise and friendly assistance.

They wanted an overall upgrade of the security and computer systems, with the large number of users, it was going to be a big transition with a lot of data to transfer. We moved them from a 2TB database on Exchange 2010 to Microsoft 365 in around 3 weeks.

Solution:

We implemented a new PC and user setup procedure, which previously was causing them a lot of issues. This new setup halved the time it would usually take them to do the same task.

We set up remote monitoring alerts for any outages, sending them email and SMS alerts for any servers being offline.

“We now get alerted when a server is down, and any issues are flagged up to the LAN team before they become serious. The helpdesk is always there when we need them and are always happy to sort out any issues we are having.”

 

Result:

Our client now experiences little to no downtime and enjoys new levels of performance, security and productivity.
