Co-organiser meeting role added
Assign the new ‘co-organiser’ role to anybody in the meeting to give them access to almost all the same capabilities of the organiser.
Hide your video in Teams meetings
This feature will help reduce distractions during the call. Your video will still be available for other participants to see.
Paging on video gallery
When viewing more than 9 videos in gallery view, you will now be able to navigate around the page to view more participants.
Search tool in Teams
The new search tool provides better and faster results, with AI-powered relevance, based on the people and content you engage with the most.
Background effects
You will now be able to either blur your background, or replace it with an image of your choice in video meetings.
Paging on video gallery
As well as being enabled on the other version of teams, this has been enabled on the web version. When viewing more than 9 videos in gallery view, you will now be able to navigate around the page to view more participants.
Manage access settings
This new update will give you more control over how recipients can access the files you’ve shared.
Share menu dropdown
This updated share menu will provide easy access to manage access settings and new sharing options, such as email, copy link and Teams chat.
Copy link
This update is replacing the usual copy link button. You will now see a footer that allows you to set permissions for the link, then copy it and share with recipients.
Compose messages with Microsoft Editor
Whilst typing emails via your mobile, you will now be able to use Microsoft Editor. This will provide spelling and grammar suggestions.
Recurring tasks
You will now be able to set tasks to reoccur on a regular basis.
